Your feedback is always welcome...

We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve.  Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.

What the families we serve are saying:

We served together at the Michigan State Police, Brighton Post. I also served in the US Army as he did and performed the same job in the military. We had much in common. One of the best partners in the MSP I have ever had. I cannot believe he is gone. He was one of the best troopers I have ever served with. He will be missed.

Ken was one of four cousins in the same grade at Woodland, class of 1960. Ken, Gary Ketchum, Cheri Tyler & Steve Barnum had Barnum's through their mom or dad in their family tree. When Ken and Mary were married, we found that Mary was also a very distant Barnum cousin.
Ken will certainly be missed by many. We will never forget the memories we have of both him and Mary. When we were younger, we spent many hours in sports and in the classroom while at Woodland. Ken truly was a gifted mechanic. Ken helped me get one of our tractors running after he retired. Ken's mechanical expertise even went back to his assistance again on our old 1920 Chevy carburetor that kept flooding. Ken was more than just a gifted mechanic he was a great classmate, friend. Ken always was positive and upbeat. He will be sorely missed. Love and prayers to all the family.

The Spirit that Dennis exhibited in his later life is that same Spirit he had as a young man. Often we felt he was the man in the room (or car) even though he was 4 or 5 years younger. I'm sorry to see him go and for your loss but know we'll see him again! JC

I would like to express my deepest sympathy to Bob's family. I have many great memories of Bob and the Enerco team taking care of Holland Public Schools for my 19 years with them. I always enjoyed having a lunch or 2 with Bob when he would visit us to make sure we were being taken care of. We had great conversations about many topics including tractors. Bob was a great man and I will sincerely miss him!

To the family of Bob Othmer- I am sorry for your loss. I have known Bob for a number of years though the boiler business and have considered him my friend and the best boiler chemical expert in the business. We worked together on many "special" projects and problems. He always had the right answer. I share your loss.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Bob for about 10 years I have attended many of his classes and he has supplied me with the best chemicals to do the best job for our equipment at Camp grayling and many other places where I did boiler jobs I have learned so much from that man in a short period of time because he was so good at what he did he will be missed in a great way I can only thank God that he had a presence in my life while he was here I feel confident that he has passed along everything to Rudy and Rudy will do a great job in the future. My prayers are with his family and his business friends at this time for the great loss of Bob.

It has been 9 years since the loss of our Blessed son Michael. I was just now able to read the condolences from all his friends. I could not have done that is it you didn't keep this info for so long. You were there when we needed you most, and 9 years later, you still bring us comfort. Thank You

I was beside myself at the unexpected loss of my father in early November of 2017. The staff at Koops were amazing; they were so considerate, caring, and professional and made the hardest days of my life, and my family's lives, a bit easier. They really understand the heart broken family and make it their purpose to bring comfort and peace at a time when neither comfort or peace are easily attainable. My most sincere and heartfelt thank you to the entire staff at Koops.

With-in a five year period, I lost my niece, both my sisters, and my mother and father. I could not have went through the sorrow without the help and kindness of Gary and everyone. They were wonderful. I thank God every day for the time I did have with my family. I miss them dearly, but know they are in Gods hands.
